If you like this config, be sure to check out my Crooked Clock!
UPDATE December 24, 2011 I have released a new version that includes the following languages: English, Spanish, French, German. I have also added additional ini files that prevents you from having to change the angle to get the calendar on the left or right side of the screen.
February 1, 2011 I realized I had a problem with my naming convention which is preventing single digit days from appearing. I re-uploaded the fixed skin, so just re-download and replace the full configuration to repair this in your Rainmeter.
Do not distribute without my permission.
Enjoy!
January 11, 2011 I noticed early last week that this has been featured in the slideshow on the Rainmeter home page. Thanks to everyone for the views, favorites, and comments!
Today, I am releasing version 2 which allows for rotating and resizing the calendar, and there are also options for use on a dark or a light background.
There are now 4 config files, dark top/bottom and light top/bottom. They are preset to 240x240px at an angle of 0 degrees, but you can edit the config files to make it larger or smaller, or rotate it to 90 degrees for compatibility with the right-hand side of your screen. I believe it looks best between 175 to 650px.
July 26, 2010 A diagonal Rainmeter calendar intended for usage on the top left corner of the screen. Inspired by the Corner Calendar by FreakQuency85.

Awesome skin, but I get a constant 1% CPU usage with this. Why does something so simple need constant processing power? It's not a huge deal, but I'm curious.
I have no idea why it would be requiring constant resources. I'm not sure if polling the date to see if it has changed would really require that much, since it is just based off of the system clock which a lot of applications use for timestamps.

The current version available starts you out with the top and bottom styles. To change the orientation to fit with the left or the right of your screen, you will need to edit the configuration file and change the angle under the variables. The value must be in degrees for it to work properly.
